Group Training

An exercise session developed just for you and your friends that fits into your timetable! This can be an economical way to train in a more personalised way, and a great way to spend time with people too. I can train up to 4 people at a time in the studio.

Exercising with friends can increase your motivation and certainly increase the fun! Have a laugh and get fit. Group training includes circuits, boxing, running/walking and metafit. All can be adapted to suit varying fitness levels, you just let me know what you want to achieve and what you enjoy.
