If you are completely new to exercising don’t worry! It’s my job to make you feel at ease, to get you exercising safely and most of all enjoy it! You have to start somewhere.


Stuck in an exercise rut? If you already exercise but need a change or need support to help you finally reach your specific goal then I will be able to design a programme to keep you challenged and motivated – keep your body guessing and get results!

Using a personal trainer will guarantee an individual and adaptable prescribed programme. No two people are the same; body shape, age, health and goals are all different my one to one training ensures you get the service that suits you. Make sure your time exercising is time well spent.

I will give you the knowledge you need to take your fitness to the next level. You can see me as often or as little as you wish and can contact me in between sessions for advice and support.

My personal training service includes: body composition testing, postural analysis, personalised nutritional guidance and exercise programme.
